Rayita privacy policy

Rayita is a fully local app. It has no accounts, never connects to the internet and includes no ads, analytics or crash reporting. Everything you record is stored only on your device.

1. Data controller

The controller for the app and this website is DIODE LOGIC SL, Spanish tax ID (NIF) B22434658, Avenida de Manoteras 24, planta 2, 28050 Madrid, Spain. Contact: support@diodelogic.com.

2. Data stored on your device

When you use the app, the following is saved on your device and nowhere else. We cannot see, access or recover it.

Your counters and their configuration (name, type, options, daily goal, order).
Every recorded action with its date and time, optional comment and, for timers, the sessions with their duration.
The app preferences.

3. Permissions and device features

None: Rayita requests no special permissions. Sharing an export uses the system share sheet, which you control.

4. Third-party services

The external services involved, and with which data, are these:

None: Rayita integrates no third-party services of any kind.

5. Network connections

The app performs no network connections.

6. Retention and deletion

Delete single counters from the app or uninstall it to remove all data. Backups and CSV files you exported are wherever you saved them. We keep no copy of anything.

7. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to support@diodelogic.com. Since the app’s data is stored on your device, in practice you exercise them directly from the app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Children

Rayita is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app’s third-party services, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example because a new feature uses a new service, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Relevant changes will also be announced inside the app.
