Measure only what matters to you
Weight, waist, biceps, neck… Enable the parts you want, reorder them and create your own. One value per part and day, editable.
Ghost camera
A previous photo is overlaid on the camera preview with adjustable opacity so you repeat exactly the same framing. That is what makes comparisons honest.
Compare view
Two photos side by side with a slider, or stacked with opacity. Progress shows even when the scale does not move. Export an animated timelapse.
Neutral goals
Every goal can aim at gaining or losing: bulking, cutting, rehab. The app never assumes what you want.
Charts and report
Moving averages, ranges from 30 days to all time, and a PDF report with measurements, goals, meal journal and photos for your nutritionist or trainer.
Private by default
No account, no cloud. Backup to a file you control, optional fingerprint lock and cm/kg or in/lb units without data loss.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Silueta works without an account or a connection. Everything is stored on your phone.
Do my photos leave my phone?
No, unless you share them, include them in a PDF report or export them in a backup. They are stored in the app’s private folder.
How do I back up my data?
Settings → Export backup. A zip with the database and photos is generated; keep it wherever you like and restore it on another device. The app reminds you after 30 days without a backup.
Does it work for gaining muscle?
Yes. Every body part and every goal has its own direction, gain or lose, and charts and goals are evaluated accordingly.
Which languages?
English, French and Spanish, switchable at any time.
What is the AI meal analysis?
An optional feature for people who run their own analysis server. By default no server is configured and the app sends nothing; the meal journal is plain text stored on the device.
